Affiliate/Creator Recruiter - Digital Product Promotion (Commission-Based)

I run a digital product business (courses, templates, automation tools) distributed through creators who promote them to their audience for commission. I'm looking for someone to source and pitch creators to become affiliates. What the role involves: - Find creators whose audience actually fits the product (real buyer overlap, not just follower count) - Reach out and pitch them. terms are already fixed, no negotiating needed - Confirm they're legitimate and actually intend to promote before handoff - Log all outreach in a shared tracker to avoid duplicate contact The terms: - Creator gets 40% commission on every sale through their affiliate link (recurring, not one-time) - You (scout) get 10% override on everything that creator generates, ongoing - Payouts run through Whop. automatic, no chasing payments, ~30 day hold on new sales What I'm looking for: - Experience recruiting affiliates, influencers, or creators for a brand or product - Existing relationships in relevant niches (AI tools, side hustle/online income, digital entrepreneurship) is a plus, not required - Someone who can explain their outreach process, not just "I'll cold-DM people" To apply: Briefly describe any past affiliate/creator recruitment experience, and walk me through how you'd approach a creator you don't know yet to pitch a deal.
