About Us We're an early-stage venture-backed technology startup building a consumer financial entertainment platform that combines real financial market data, game mechanics, and performance-based rewards into an engaging digital experience. Our platform is designed for users who enjoy analysing financial markets and participating in skill-based experiences through a structured mission format. We're preparing to scale internationally, and affiliate partnerships will be one of our primary customer acquisition channels. We're looking for someone to build that engine. About The Role This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who can build and scale an affiliate acquisition channel capable of generating consistent, measurable customer growth. You'll be responsible for recruiting, activating and growing a network of high-performing affiliates who can introduce our platform to qualified audiences. If your experience is limited to posting on social media or managing influencers without commercial accountability, this role is unlikely to be a good fit. Your Responsibilities You'll own our affiliate growth channel from end to end. This includes: * Identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliates. * Building long-term commercial relationships. * Negotiating partnership opportunities. * Activating new affiliates quickly. * Helping affiliates maximize customer acquisition. * Monitoring affiliate performance. * Improving activation, conversion and retention across the affiliate channel. * Building repeatable systems that allow the program to scale. What Success Looks Like You'll be measured by outcomes—not activity. Success includes: * Recruiting high-quality affiliates. * Increasing affiliate activation rates. * Growing paying customers acquired through affiliates. * Improving revenue generated from the affiliate channel. * Building scalable acquisition systems that continue to perform over time. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has successfully built affiliate or partnership programs that generated measurable commercial results. Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: * Financial technology (FinTech) * Trading * Consumer finance * Gaming * iGaming * Fantasy sports * Crypto * Consumer internet platforms * High-growth digital products You should be comfortable building relationships, negotiating partnerships and owning revenue targets. Requirements * Proven experience recruiting and activating affiliates. * Excellent outreach and relationship-building skills. * Strong commercial mindset. * Highly organised and data-driven. * Comfortable working independently. * Excellent written English.
