We're a team that builds custom apps for restaurants, and we're looking for a few good salespeople to help bring new restaurants on board. If you like talking to people, and you know your way around restaurants, this could be a really good fit, and we'd genuinely love to hear from you. We know a role like this is a two-way street, it has to be worth your time as much as it helps us, and we mean that. The pay, straight up You earn $600 for every restaurant you close. Here's the math, no mystery: each restaurant pays a one-time $1,000 fee to get their custom app built, and your cut is 60% of that — $600 — for every one you sign. It's paid per sale, and it's uncapped. The more you close, the more you make. Nothing hidden, nothing complicated. A little about what we do We build a custom app for each restaurant, under their own name, that runs their day-to-day: opening and closing checklists, accountability, who did what on every shift, all in English and Spanish. On top of the app, every restaurant gets a real person on our team they can reach whenever they need a change or a hand. We come from restaurants ourselves. We've got an extensive background in the industry, so this is built by people who've actually lived the daily grind, not software folks guessing at what restaurants need. What the role looks like Your job is to introduce restaurants to the app and close them. It's real sales, so it takes someone who's comfortable talking to people and knows how to close. The upside is you've got a strong product behind you: it's something restaurants genuinely need, it's priced right, and it's easy to believe in. You'll have a real case to make, and the rest comes down to how well you make it. How you sell is up to you. Knock on doors and talk to owners in person, work the phones from a list, lean on your own contacts, whatever works best for you. We care about closed deals, not the method. Restaurants are everywhere, in every city, so there's no shortage of doors to knock on or numbers to dial. However you sell, the deal comes together like this: - Get in front of the owner or manager, in person or on the phone - Show them the app and get them to a yes - Hand off the basics so we can take it from there: the owner's name and contact info, their menu, any checklists they use, and their staff roles (about ten minutes — we'll show you exactly what to grab) - From there, we handle the billing directly with the restaurant, we send the setup invoice and keep you copied, so you're always in the loop - Once the restaurant pays, your $600 is on its way, and you're on to the next one We handle building the app, the tech, the setup, and all the ongoing support. You focus on what you're good at. Who we're hoping to find - Some sales experience, any kind of selling, in person or on the phone - Restaurant experience is a big plus, any role, front or back of house.
