Business Development for Residential Property Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Professional** to help grow our residential property sales division. This part-time role is focused on generating new business through proactive cold calling, relationship building and consistent follow-up, with the objective of securing new property listings and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, telemarketing or business development, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships. Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous but not essential for the right person. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively cold call prospective vendors to generate new listing opportunities. * Conduct business development activities to build and maintain a strong pipeline of future clients. * Complete thorough and timely follow-up with all leads and prospects. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business development activities. * Meet agreed performance targets, with all activity and results tracked and monitored. * Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into successful listings.
