# Affiliate Manager — VersaDesk.com ## About VersaDesk VersaDesk.com is a workspace solutions brand offering standing desk converters, electric standing desks, ergonomic accessories, WorkNest office cubicles, Foundry Bench desks, conference tables, and complete office buildout solutions. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to manage and grow the VersaDesk affiliate program using GoAffPro. ## Position Overview The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for onboarding, managing, supporting, and growing VersaDesk’s affiliate partners. This role will focus on recruiting quality affiliates, helping them get set up in GoAffPro, providing promotional materials, tracking performance, and increasing profitable affiliate revenue. This role is focused on building a strong affiliate program with quality partners, not relying on low-value coupon sites. ## Key Responsibilities ### Affiliate Program Management * Manage VersaDesk’s affiliate program inside GoAffPro * Review and approve affiliate applications * Set up affiliate links, codes, commissions, and tracking * Keep affiliate information, assets, and program details organized * Monitor affiliate activity, sales, commissions, and payouts * Make sure affiliates follow VersaDesk’s brand and program guidelines ### Affiliate Onboarding * Help new affiliates get set up in GoAffPro * Provide tracking links, discount codes, product links, and program details * Create onboarding emails, guides, FAQs, and promotional instructions * Make sure affiliates understand how to promote VersaDesk products effectively ### Affiliate Recruitment Recruit high-quality affiliates such as: * Workspace and ergonomic bloggers * Home office creators * Productivity websites * Remote work influencers * Office design creators * YouTube product reviewers * Business and entrepreneur creators * B2B publishers * Office furniture reviewers * Dealer or referral partners ### Affiliate Support * Communicate with affiliates about new products, promotions, and sales events * Provide affiliates with product images, copy points, banners, links, and campaign ideas * Help affiliates choose the right products to promote * Follow up with inactive affiliates and encourage them to become active again ### Reporting & Optimization * Track affiliate revenue, active partners, commissions, and performance * Identify top-performing and low-performing affiliates * Recommend ways to grow revenue and improve the program * Monitor for low-quality traffic, unauthorized coupon use, spam, or misleading promotions ## Required Experience * Experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, ecommerce, influencer marketing, or digital marketing * Experience with GoAffPro or similar affiliate platforms preferred * Understanding of tracking links, coupon codes, commissions, and payouts * Strong communication and relationship management skills * Strong organization and follow-up skills * Ability to create simple reports and track performance * Basic understanding of ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, and average order value ## Key Performance Indicators * Monthly affiliate revenue * Number of new affiliates onboarded * Number of active affiliates * Number of quality affiliates recruited * Affiliate conversion rate * Revenue by affiliate partner * Commission payout accuracy * Affiliate campaign participation * Inactive affiliates reactivated * Reduction of low-quality coupon-only traffic ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and relationship-focused. They understand how to manage affiliates, support partners, track performance, and grow revenue through a quality affiliate program.
