Affiliate Manager

Role Overview - We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing programs. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strong affiliate partnerships, analyzing performance, and ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, affiliate networks, and performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners - Recruit new affiliates and onboard them efficiently - Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI - Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and timely commission payments - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates - Identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to increase affiliate-driven revenue - Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with affiliates to ensure continuous visibility, compliance, and performance optimization - Coordinate affiliate placements, content requirements, tracking links, and performance reporting in line with defined KPIs - Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations Required Qualifications - Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role, ideally in fintech, trading, or online marketing - Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills
