We're an AI video editing SaaS built for video editors and ecommerce operators. Product is live. We need a partner channel. The role — launch and scale our affiliate program from zero: Set up tracking and commission structure (Stripe/Paddle) Get us listed on the networks and marketplaces that actually convert for B2B SaaS Recruit affiliates: comparison-site publishers, YouTube reviewers, newsletter operators, and creators in the ecom/AI-tooling space Build the onboarding that turns signups into active promoters Own one KPI: 30-day activation rate Must have: Launched at least 2 SaaS affiliate programs from zero — with numbers you can show Hands-on with at least one of: Reditus, PartnerStack, Impact, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Trackdesk Personally recruited affiliates via outbound, not just managed inbound applications Founder references Bonus: existing relationships with affiliates in the ecom tooling or creator software space. Answer these three in your application (applications without answers are ignored): Name two programs you launched. What was affiliate-driven MRR at month 6? How did you get the first 20 affiliates for one of them? Be specific. What commission structure would you set for a €X/month self-serve tool, and why?
