Affiliate Partnerships Manager — DMV Test Prep App (Commission-Only) About Us DMV Aid is an app that helps people study and pass their driver's license/permit test using audio-based practice questions, road sign drills, and an AI tutor. We serve individual learners studying for their test as well as driving schools and instructors who want a modern practice tool for their students. We're looking to build out affiliate partnerships as a real growth channel and want someone who can own that end-to-end. Your Mission You'll be responsible for finding and signing up partners who can send us qualified traffic and conversions — people actively studying for a driving test, or businesses working with them. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners across: Driving schools and independent driving instructors DMV/driving-test content creators (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) Parenting blogs and teen-driver resource sites Pitch DMV Aid and negotiate affiliate/commission terms Help onboard partners with tracking links, promo codes, and creative assets Monitor performance and help partners improve conversion Build a repeatable outreach and recruitment process so this channel keeps growing Requirements Experience managing, growing, or recruiting for an affiliate program Comfortable doing outreach and negotiating deals independently Understanding of affiliate tracking and commission/revenue-share models Strong written English Bonus: existing relationships with driving schools, DMV/test-prep creators, or parenting/teen content niches Your relevant affiliate marketing/partnership experience Any existing relationships in driving education, test-prep, or parenting content How you'd approach finding and recruiting partners for us in the first 30 days
