Affiliate Marketing Specialist — Hemp / THCA Brand (Contract) Fresh Bros is a fast-growing premium hemp and THCA brand looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and scale our affiliate program from the ground up. You'll work hand-in-hand with our in-house SEO expert — a highly specialized strategist already driving organic growth — to align affiliate placements, content partnerships, and outreach with our broader traffic and revenue goals. We need someone who can identify the right affiliates and publishers in the cannabis, hemp, lifestyle, and wellness space, negotiate competitive deals, manage onboarding and tracking, and optimize campaigns for conversions. Strong working knowledge of WooCommerce is required — our storefront is built on it, and you should be comfortable navigating the admin, working with affiliate plugins (AffiliateWP, Refersion for WooCommerce, YITH, or similar), setting up tracking links and coupon codes, and pulling order/conversion data directly from the platform. Experience with broader affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.) and familiarity with regulated or restricted industries (hemp, CBD, supplements, alcohol) are big pluses. You'll be measured on: new high-quality affiliates recruited, attributed traffic, conversion rate, and total affiliate-driven sales. This is a contract role, remote-friendly, with the potential to expand based on results.
