We're building a creator program: micro-creators (1K–25K) in the ecom, AI-tooling and content-creation space who use our tool on camera and post short-form about it. What you'll own: Source and qualify micro-creators — reel-first accounts, real engagement, right audience Write and run the outreach at volume; own reply rate as a metric Onboard creators: free access, hooks, demo assets, disclosure requirements Keep a roster moving — creators who said yes but never posted are the problem you solve Report weekly: creators contacted, accepted, published, views, assisted signups Must have: Run a creator or UGC program with 100+ creators — with numbers Short-form native. You can look at a grid and tell me in ten seconds whether that account will perform Written outreach that got real reply rates, not blasted templates Worked with a creator CRM or built your own tracking Bonus: you've been a creator yourself, or you have an existing roster in the ecom/AI space.
