Affiliate & Partnership Program Manager – Health & Wellness Technology We are a wellness technology company expanding a nationwide affiliate and practitioner partnership network across the United States. We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate & Partnership Program Manager to help build, grow, and manage a network of practitioners, clinics, wellness professionals, educators, and strategic partners who are passionate about innovative wellness technologies. This is more than an affiliate recruitment position. We’re looking for someone who can help build a scalable partnership program by recruiting high-quality partners, developing relationships, creating systems, and helping our affiliate network succeed. Potential partners include: * Functional medicine practitioners * Chiropractors * Massage therapists * Acupuncturists * Physical therapists * Naturopathic physicians * Integrative medicine clinics * Wellness clinics * Recovery centers * Biohackers * Health coaches * Fitness professionals * Podcast hosts * Wellness influencers * Health educators * Other wellness professionals with established communities ⸻ Responsibilities * Recruit affiliate partners, ambassadors, and strategic partners. * Build long-term relationships with practitioners and wellness professionals. * Develop outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, and direct relationship building. * Help structure and improve our affiliate and referral program. * Introduce partners to our educational resources and product materials. * Support onboarding and activation of new partners. * Maintain a healthy pipeline and ongoing partner communication. * Help affiliates become successful through education and ongoing support. * Help build a scalable national partnership network. ⸻ Compensation Choose the compensation model that best fits your experience and goals. Option 1 – Commission Only * No base salary. * Higher commission split. * Unlimited earning potential.
