Summary

We're looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Manager to own our influencer and affiliate program from end to end. This is a relationship-driven growth role focused on building, managing, and scaling partnerships that drive revenue. You'll be responsible for identifying creators and affiliates, negotiating deals, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring partnerships perform. You'll work closely with the founder and have significant ownership over one of our primary growth channels. About Us Rimo Health is building the infrastructure layer for modern telehealth businesses. Think of us as the "Shopify for Telehealth" — helping clinics and healthcare operators launch, manage, and scale telehealth businesses, particularly in the peptide and wellness space. What You'll Do Source and recruit influencers, creators, affiliates, and strategic partners Conduct high-volume outreach via email, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other channels Negotiate partnership and affiliate agreements Manage contracts, onboarding, referral links, discount codes, and payouts Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliates Ensure campaigns go live on schedule and perform as expected Track affiliate and partnership performance, revenue, and ROI Identify and execute new collaboration opportunities Develop systems and processes to scale the affiliate program Work closely with the founder to test and implement growth initiatives What We're Looking For Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organized and able to manage dozens of active relationships simultaneously Comfortable handling outreach, follow-ups, contracts, and ongoing partner management Strong understanding of affiliate structures, commissions, and performance tracking Self-starter who can take ownership and execute independently Bonus Points Experience running affiliate programs for SaaS, healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or DTC brands Existing network of influencers, affiliates, or creators Familiarity with influencer CRM and affiliate tracking platforms Experience working in B2B SaaS environments About the Role Remote Full-time or contract (depending on experience) High ownership and direct collaboration with the founder Opportunity to build and scale a major growth channel from the ground up To Apply Please include: Examples of influencer or affiliate programs you've managed.
