Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator — Real Estate SaaS (Outreach to Coaches & Influencers)

AutomizeCRM is an all-in-one CRM + data platform for US real estate investors, built by an active wholesaler. We're launching a partner program where real estate coaches and influencers earn 20% recurring commission for a full 12 months when they refer their audience. You will own partner outreach end to end. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and work a pipeline of US real-estate coaches, community leaders, and influencers (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Skool, X) - Run first-touch outreach (email + social DMs) using our approved templates and voice guide - Book qualified 15-minute partner calls onto the founder's calendar (he closes; you fill the calendar) - Onboard signed partners: referral links, marketing assets, landing-page requests - Maintain the commission ledger and prep monthly payouts (Tolt affiliate software + spreadsheet) - Send partners a monthly stats/check-in email; keep them promoting - Report weekly scorecard numbers YOU ARE - Excellent written English; your DMs read native, warm, not spammy - Experienced with cold outreach or influencer/partnerships work (show us results) - Organized: pipeline hygiene, follow-up discipline, no dropped balls - Familiar with US real estate investing vocabulary (wholesaling, flips, dispo) is a big plus - Available 20 hrs/week with some US-hours overlap, growing to full time if the program scales COMP & GROWTH Hourly base at 20 hrs/week, PLUS a $150 bonus per signed partner who activates 3+ referred customers. Growth path to full-time Affiliate Manager with a percentage override on program revenue at 5+ active partners.
