I need a practical, detail-oriented person who can help me understand what is active, what is worth keeping, what needs cleanup, and what should be pursued next. ## Initial Project Scope The $300 project includes: * Review of current Awin setup and account structure * Review of affiliate programs and direct affiliate relationships already joined * Organize current partners into a simple working list or tracker * Identify inactive, outdated, duplicate, or low-priority affiliate relationships * Identify the strongest immediate opportunities based on HoneyColony’s wellness, biohacking, longevity, detox, and functional-medicine audience * Recommend a simple system for tracking links, terms, contacts, commissions, creative assets, and follow-up * Provide a prioritized action plan for what should be cleaned up, activated, or pursued over the next 30 days * One written summary and one review call or walkthrough at the end of the project ## Deliverables By the end of the project, I need: 1. A cleaned-up affiliate and partner tracker 2. A prioritized list of current affiliate programs and contacts 3. A list of accounts, links, programs, or relationships that need attention 4. Clear next steps for Awin and existing affiliate relationships 5.
