Our program already runs: daily promo materials are auto-generated for every affiliate, attribution and commissions are tracked live, signup is one tap, posting is confirmed with a feedback loop, and affiliates earn twenty percent for twelve months. You plug in your network and ignite it. Your job: recruit, onboard, and activate hundreds of affiliates and business influencers across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and niche communities. Build the army. You must have proven experience personally scaling an affiliate or ambassador program, and you must show the numbers. You also need relationships you can activate in your first week. No spammers. Structure: ongoing hourly for the recruiting work, plus performance bonuses for each active affiliate you recruit and each one that drives a paying customer.
