Affiliate Program Manager — Peptide/Wellness E-commerce Brand (Ongoing)

Vantage Peptide is a new research-peptide e-commerce brand (third-party lab-tested, COA on every batch) launching our affiliate program. We already have the tracking infrastructure built (referral codes, discount codes, commission tiers, click/conversion tracking) — we need someone to actually run it: recruit affiliates, onboard them, and manage relationships day to day. What you'll do: Identify and recruit affiliates in the peptide/TRT/biohacking/fitness space (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, newsletters, Reddit/Discord communities) Run outreach (we'll give you templates, you'll personalize and send) Onboard approved affiliates: set up their code, explain terms, get them assets Track performance, flag high performers for tier bumps, handle affiliate questions Report weekly on recruits, active affiliates, and revenue driven Requirements: Proven affiliate/influencer recruiting experience (show us a program you've run or grown) Comfortable with outreach at volume (DMs, emails) without sounding spammy Detail-oriented — you'll be tracking who's at what commission tier Bonus: existing relationships in supplements, peptides, TRT, or fitness content Compliance note: this is a research-use-only product; affiliates must not make health/dosing claims. We'll give you the exact guardrails. Structure: Part-time to start (5-10 hrs/week), paid hourly + a performance bonus tied to affiliate-driven revenue once the program is live. Long-term opportunity for the right person as we scale.
