Affiliate Recruitment Specialist for B2B SaaS — Paid Trial + Bonuses

We’re looking for someone who can help us find and recruit new affiliates for TrekMail, our business email hosting platform. TrekMail already has a complete self-service affiliate program. Affiliates can register, create their own tracking links, access promotional materials, monitor clicks and conversions, and manage their commissions from their own dashboard. Your role would be to find people who may be interested in promoting TrekMail and help them join the program. Potential affiliates may include: bloggers and content creators YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn creators web developers and designers marketing and SEO agencies hosting and domain-related businesses newsletters and online communities SaaS reviewers and comparison websites consultants who work with small businesses and domain owners You’re free to choose how you find them. You can use direct outreach, LinkedIn, email, social media, communities, partnerships, or any other reasonable method. The goal is not simply to collect names or get people to create empty accounts. We want affiliates who are genuinely interested in promoting TrekMail and can bring paying customers. How tracking works When a new affiliate applies, they must answer the following required question: Who referred you to the TrekMail Affiliate Program? They will enter your name there. This allows us to see which affiliates were recruited by you and track their results. Each affiliate will then manage their own activity through the TrekMail affiliate dashboard. They will receive their own tracking links, statistics, creative materials, commission information, and payout tools. Paid trial and bonuses We’ll begin with a short paid trial. In addition to the fixed trial payment, you’ll receive a one-time bonus when an affiliate you recruited brings their first genuine paying customer. We may offer larger additional bonuses when a recruited affiliate continues to perform and brings multiple paying customers. We do not pay bonuses for registrations alone. An affiliate must be approved, begin promoting TrekMail, and generate a real paying customer before the first performance bonus is earned. The exact bonus amounts will be agreed before the trial begins. All payments connected with this Upwork project will be made through Upwork.
