We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Recruitment & Community Manager to help us rapidly grow our affiliate network across India. Your Mission Recruit and onboard 200 active affiliates within 30-60 days. Affiliates may include: * Teachers * Preschool educators * Tuition teachers * Art & craft teachers * Dance teachers * Activity centers * Parenting influencers * Moms’ communities * Summer camp organizers * Child-focused businesses About the Affiliate Program Robin & Lily affiliates earn 10%–15% commission on every sale they generate. Our most popular products include: * Magic Mail Trial Pack * Magic Mail 3-Month Plan * Magic Mail 6-Month Plan * Magic Mail 12-Month Plan Affiliates receive: * Their own referral code * Exclusive offers for their audience * Commission on every successful sale * Monthly payouts Your job is to recruit affiliates who would be excited to promote Magic Mail and earn commissions through our program. Responsibilities * Identify and recruit affiliate partners * Reach out through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and other channels * Explain the Robin & Lily affiliate program * Onboard affiliates and provide affiliate codes * Add affiliates to our WhatsApp community * Manage communication and answer questions * Follow up regularly to encourage activity * Track affiliate participation and engagement * Help affiliates get started and generate their first sales What Counts as an Active Affiliate? An affiliate is considered active when: * They have agreed to join the program * They have received their affiliate code * They have joined the WhatsApp group * They have confirmed their intent to promote Robin & Lily Compensation * ₹15,000/month fixed * Performance bonuses for achieving recruitment targets * Additional bonuses based on affiliate sales performance Targets Primary Goal: 200 active affiliates recruited within the first 30-60 days. Exceptional Performance: 300+ active affiliates recruited within 30 days. Outstanding Performance: 500+ active affiliates recruited and activated within 30 days.
