Job Description: We are a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in Local SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AIO), and Google Ads. We generate high-ticket leads specifically for local service contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, mobile repair, etc.). Our unique performance pricing model starts clients at an affordable $800/mo baseline, scaling up to $3,500/mo as we cross specific lead milestones (6-10 leads, 11-20 leads, and 20+ leads). We are looking for a true right-hand operator and problem solver to take over all client-facing operations and help scale the agency. You will be the primary human firewall between the agency owner and our clients. We currently have 7 active clients ready to hand over to the right person on day one. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) during US Business Hours, with a clear path to full-time as we scale. What You Will Do: 1 - Daily Lead Auditing & Tracking: You will spend time every single day logging into our tracking systems (CallRail, Quote/Quo, form systems, and Google Ads) to audit and cross-reference incoming leads for each client. You will ensure every call and form fill is properly captured, attribute it to the right campaign, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You need to know exactly how many leads an account has generated at any given moment. 2 - Client Account Management (2 Hours/Day): Monitor client dashboards and lead tracking. Conduct monthly check-ins with our 7 clients to review wins. Be the main point of contact via email and phone (VoIP). When a contractor calls stressed about a temporary slow period, your job is to de-escalate them confidently, run basic diagnostics on their account, coordinate any technical tweaks with our fulfillment team, and close the loop with the client. 3. Agency Growth & Inbox Management (2 Hours/Day): Manage our agency's Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Messengers, and email inboxes. You will publish standard organic posts, respond to incoming comments, and handle day-to-day inbox messages to help turn inquiries into booked appointments on the founder's calendar using our scripts. 4 - Inbound Lead Screening: Answer and screen incoming discovery calls from prospective contractor clients to ensure they fit our baseline revenue requirements before booking them with the founder. Compensation & Growth Potential: Base Salary: $400 USD / month (Flat rate for 20 hours/week covering baseline operations, current Tier 1 clients, and daily growth tasks). Sales Commission: For any new client you personally source through outbound prospecting or successfully close from our inbound channels, you will earn a flat $150 USD/month commission for as long as that client stays retained with the agency. Performance Bonus: Once a client account (either handed to you or sourced by you) crosses into our higher lead revenue tiers (6+ leads per month), you unlock a 5% monthly recurring revenue share on that account. As you help retain and coordinate lead growth for our clients, your monthly paycheck scales directly with our growth ($400 base + $2,000+/mo unlimited potential). Requirements (Non-Negotiable): 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager within a US-based digital marketing agency. Direct experience dealing with blue-collar contractors (roofers, plumbers, HVAC, automotive, etc.). You must have a thick skin and a calm, authoritative phone presence. Tech Stack Experience: Deep familiarity or hands-on experience with lead tracking software like CallRail, CRM/form systems, Google Ads dashboards, and localized platforms like Quo/Quote. You must be comfortable digging into data daily to find numbers and verify lead routing. Functional understanding of Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and lead tracking metrics. You must know how to audit a basic marketing dashboard before asking the technical team for help. Flawless written and spoken English. You will be communicating directly with high-ticket business owners daily. Fast, stable internet connection with power/hardware backups. In your video, please answer these 3 questions: The Response: Open your video by roleplaying exactly how you would handle the first 30 to 45 seconds of this phone call when the client says this to you. The Account Audit: What are the first 3 specific things you would check on your own to diagnose this sudden dry spell before you escalate the issue to the agency owner or technical team? The Past Win: Tell me about a time in a past agency role where a client wanted to downgrade or cancel, and walk me through how you handled the situation.
