Our PPC agency BERK Labs is looking for a versatile & talented Graphic Designer 🎨 to support our growing workload. (Please apply only through UpWork — no direct contact! 🚫📩 We will not reply outside the platform — thanks very much! 🙏) 💼 WHAT YOU WILL DO ✨ Design engaging display ads for marketing campaigns 🎬 Create animated ads using HTML5 ad builders (required) 🎯 Improve client branding & identity efforts (including guides) 🖼️ Source royalty-free imagery when clients lack in-house assets 📘 Develop brand guidelines for SMB clients 🧠 WHAT WE NEED 💪 Strong design skills with a keen visual aesthetic (!) 🖌️ An impressive portfolio showcasing your best work 💻 Proficiency in Figma and other online collaboration tools 🧾 Experience with Google Ads and various ad specs 🌍 Ability to work across diverse industries & projects 📈 Proof of performance-driven design (ads that convert!) 🤝 A team player – happy to collaborate with our other designers 🕒 EXPECTATIONS & WORK DETAILS ⏰ Availability: 5–10+ hours per week (consistent, long-term work) 🧭 Autonomy: You’ll work independently — no hand-holding or constant briefs 🎨 Clients may provide some assets (logos, stock images, etc.), but you’ll often create from scratch 🔍 We use competitor research tools (e.g., MOAT) & client websites for creative direction 📤 HOW TO APPLY Submit your portfolio & relevant samples, with a special focus on: 🧱 Google Ads display banners 🌀 Animated HTML5 ads 🎨 Brand guidelines you’ve created 🚀 Performance Max campaign imagery 🚫 No agencies – individual freelancers only.
