Agency Operations Manager – Run & Grow a Marketing Consultancy

We're looking for a self-driven operator to run the day-to-day of a growing marketing consultancy. Our core service is trend forecasting — we identify emerging topics before they take off and give clients actionable advice on how to capitalise on them. You won't need to do the trend research itself (we supply a fresh, data-backed trend list weekly); your job is to run everything else like it's your own business. You'll be responsible for: Managing full operations across two agency brands (one serving businesses/entrepreneurs, one serving social media creators) and two content-based lead magnet sites Serving clients end-to-end: onboarding, delivery, video calls, and payment collection Tracking all clients in a CRM Marketing the agencies, including building a social media presence with viral content Writing SEO blog posts and simple trend write-ups for our content sites Improving the websites, running offers, and building systems/SOPs to scale Hiring and managing a small team as the business grows The ideal candidate: Thinks like a CEO, not a freelancer. You can build systems, write SOPs, delegate, and grow an operation — not just complete tasks. Strong written English, comfort with CRMs and basic website management, and experience in agency operations or marketing are essential. This is a long-term role with full ownership and autonomy. Trend research and initial website development are handled for you — everything else is yours to run and scale.
