Agency Operator - Trend Capitalization Consultation

Agency operator role. This job is for someone who knows how to run an agency. The specific type of service we provide is ‘trend capitalization’ The main clients are large businesses and social media influencers. Clients come to us, and ask us for advice on how to stay ahead of competitors, by incorporating trends into their work. For example, If a makeup influencer is coming to us for advice, you should be able to come up with a list of detailed video ideas surrounding glass skin, since that is a trending topic right now (probably not anymore) and creating content in this space will help her to go viral. If a music festival company is coming to us for advice, you can provide a full blueprint on how they can start a future bass concert and invite top future bass artists, if that is the trending genre at the time. You will be the operator / chairman of this agency. You will need to be able to: Provide real, impressive and useful advice for clients on how they can incorporate trends into their work in order to succeed in their goals. Write informative articles, without using AI writing tools, about emerging trends Think creatively to come up with unique approaches for incorporating current trends into the client’s work Book meetings with clients Hire and build a team Build, manage and grow operations to automate tedious work. This includes SOP writing and staff tracking / project management Understand how to manage customer relations Know how to grow a social media page For this role, we are offering an hourly rate of roughly $50 to $180 per hour.
