The Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to own execution across creative, brand, and growth projects. This person will be responsible for keeping projects on track across timelines, scopes, and stakeholders — ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, premium environment. This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with international clients and senior creative leadership. Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management Manage end-to-end project execution across brand, creative, and growth initiatives Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and scopes Track deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple workstreams Client & Team Coordination Act as the main point of coordination between internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and clients Run internal and external status meetings (in English) Ensure clear communication, alignment, and follow-through Process & Operations Organize workflows using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar Maintain documentation, briefs, and project updates Identify risks early and proactively propose solutions Quality & Execution Support Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards Support creative and strategy teams with clear briefs and execution support Help enforce brand, scope, and process discipline across projects Requirements Based in Colombia Part-time availability English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in: Creative agencies Marketing / brand studios Digital or tech-driven environments Strong organizational and communication skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfort working with U.S.-based clients and teams Nice to Have Experience working with creative, design, or brand teams Familiarity with AI, digital, or tech-enabled projects Experience managing remote or cross-border teams What We Offer Part-time, long-term role.
