Agency Project Manager – Paid Media / DTC / Creative Ops

About us CE Digital is a performance-driven digital advertising agency focused on Meta and Google paid media for DTC brands. We manage paid media for 10+ active clients — including brands you'd recognize — with a lean, high-output team split across Nashville, TN and international time zones. We're growing, and we need someone to bring real operational structure to how we manage clients, team workflows, and deliverables. --- The role You'll be the connective tissue between our media buyers, creative strategist, client success manager, and the clients themselves. This is not a task-tracker role — we need a proactive operator who can build process, own communication, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Day-to-day, you'll: • Own project timelines and deliverable tracking across all active client accounts • Manage internal team workflows in Asana and Slack — keeping everyone aligned and accountable • Draft and send client-facing status updates, follow-ups, and meeting recaps • Flag blockers early and solve problems before they escalate • Help build and document SOPs for recurring workflows (onboarding, reporting cycles, creative requests) • Coordinate between our team and client-side stakeholders on larger accounts --- What we're looking for • 3+ years of project management or operations experience inside a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency — this background is required, not preferred • Exceptional written English — you'll be communicating with US-based clients and leadership daily • Hands-on experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive/Docs • Familiarity with paid media workflows (Meta, Google, or creative production) — you don't need to run ads, but you should understand what a media brief, a reporting cycle, and an SOW look like • Self-directed, proactive communication style — someone who chases, not waits • Comfortable working async across time zones with the Nashville, TN team --- Nice to have • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands • Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads reporting • Prior work at a boutique agency (under 15 people) where you had to build process, not just follow it --- To apply Please include: 1.
