Agency Tax Strategy & Preparation

Hi there, I'm looking for an experienced Tax Strategist and Tax Preparation expert ideally with experience working with marketing/production agency companies to help us most efficiently minimize our tax burden and file our company's taxes. The strategy component about how we should be setting things up like employee retirement accounts, salaries vs. distributions, proper deductions, etc is what I am seeking guidance on the most. I am NOT just looking for someone to file our taxes. We need a strategic partner who is able to help creatively think about tax mitigation strategies throughout the year. I imagine we will meet monthly. We are incorporated in the state of TX and have employees in TX, MA, and UT with plans to hire several more people by the end of the year. This is an ongoing role.
