AI Agent Consultant To Set Up Hermes For Our Customer Service (Ongoing)

We run a growing ecommerce business and want to bring an AI agent into our customer service workflow. We're looking for someone who knows AI agents well and can get the first version set up, then stay available for occasional help as we grow. How We Want It To Work We're picturing a human-in-the-loop agent that works our support inbox for us. The workflow we have in mind: - Scans our customer service inbox once an hour - Pulls each new customer message - Writes a short read on what the customer wants, around 50 words, plus the reasoning for how we should respond - Drafts a reply we can review and paste back to the customer ourselves For now, we want a person approving every reply before it goes out, so the agent's job is to read and draft rather than send. Tools Our other team already runs this kind of setup on Hermes, so we'd prefer to build on Hermes if it's a good fit. If you think another platform is a better call for budget or complexity reasons, we're glad to hear the case for it. Who We're Looking For - Hands-on experience building AI agents, ideally on Hermes or something comparable - Comfortable setting this up from scratch and troubleshooting when something breaks - Someone who reads closely (start your proposal with your favorite movie so we know you did) - Happy to hop on a call with the two of us and walk us through how it runs, so we can manage it ourselves day to day The Ongoing Part This isn't a one-time project. After the initial build, we'd like to keep you on for on-demand consulting over the long term. We'd reach out when we need to adjust the agent or fix something, and whenever we want to grow what it can do.
