AI Agent Customization Specialist –Claude / Automation Workflows

Hey, We’re looking for someone who has real hands-on experience working with AI agents and LLM-based automation workflows. The main goal is to help us customize AI agents for different business use cases - from internal assistants and customer support workflows to AI-powered automation and integrations. This is not just about prompting ChatGPT. We need someone who understands how to make AI agents actually useful inside real workflows and systems. What we need help with: - Customize AI agent behavior for specific business tasks - Configure prompts, memory, workflows, and logic - Connect AI agents with APIs and third-party tools - Build automation flows using AI - Improve response quality and reliability - Help structure scalable AI workflows Important: - Please only apply if you’ve actually worked with AI agents or LLM-based systems before. - We’re especially interested in someone who understands: * prompt engineering * AI workflows and automation * tool calling / integrations * context handling and memory * agent reliability and response optimization Doesn’t need to be research-level AI — but you should know how to build practical AI solutions. Tech stack (so far): - OpenAI / ChatGPT - Claude - Gemini - n8n / Make / Zapier - APIs & integrations Open to suggestions if you have better ideas or relevant experience.
