AI Agent Developer Career Coach Chatbot (Deployment + RAG + LLM Improvements)

About the Project We have built a working AI-powered Career Coach Agent using OpenClaw, currently running locally and connected via Telegram. The agent helps job seekers and students get career guidance, resume advice, and job search support through conversational AI. We are now looking for a skilled AI Developer to take full ownership of this agent — deploy it to a production server, integrate it into a web chat interface, and continuously improve it using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and modern LLM techniques. What You'll Be Doing Migrate and deploy the existing OpenClaw-based AI agent from local environment to a production cloud server (e.g. DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar) Integrate the agent with a web chat interface so users can interact with it directly from the app (replacing the current Telegram-only setup) Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to improve the quality and accuracy of agent responses using relevant career knowledge bases Evaluate and recommend the best LLM models for this use case and integrate them Maintain and improve the agent on an ongoing basis based on user feedback and performance metrics Collaborate with the frontend developer for seamless WebSocket/API integration Ensure reliability, uptime, and scalability of the deployed agent You're a Great Fit If You Have Strong hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (OpenClaw, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar) Proven experience implementing RAG pipelines (vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) Solid knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source models) Experience deploying AI backends on cloud servers (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, etc.) Familiarity with WebSocket and REST API integration Ability to work independently and take ownership without hand-holding Bonus Points Prior experience with Telegram bots or chatbot platforms Experience in career-tech, HR-tech, or education-tech products Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent tool design To Apply, Please Include Brief overview of a similar AI agent or chatbot project you've built Your experience with RAG and which vector DB you prefer and why Links to relevant work or GitHub (if available) Your hourly rate
