AI Agent Developer & AI Chatbot Developer Needed for CRM Sales Automation & Lead Qualification Agent

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer and AI Chatbot Developer to build an AI agent that lives inside our CRM and automates bookings, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer support conversations. Scope Develop an AI agent service in Python using OpenAI API, Claude, or other Generative AI models that supports: Inbound lead qualification conversational flows (ai chatbot development) Automated follow-up and re-engagement sequences (sales assistant / deal closer conversations) Customer support chatbot over our knowledge base (RAG, vector search) CRM record enrichment and summarization (calls, emails, chat transcripts → structured CRM fields) The AI agent will run as a separate microservice and interact with the CRM only through predefined API integration. Responsibilities Intent detection, entity extraction, and AI agent routing (Natural Language Processing) Agent planning and orchestration logic (respond vs. tool call vs. human handoff) — LLM, chatbot development and bot development experience required Prompt engineering and tool schema design for ai chatbot and ai agent flows Knowledge base ingestion, embeddings, and retrieval quality tuning Omnichannel deployment: web chat widget, Telegram bot, WhatsApp, and email Conversation quality, latency, and cost optimization; analytics and reporting on agent performance Proven AI Developer / AI Software Developer with Artificial Intelligence and production LLM system experience Strong Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Generative AI background Experience integrating AI agents with CRM platforms and third-party APIs Experience with JavaScript / Node.js and SQL is a plus
