You’ll work closely with our Philippine-based customer support team, building and refining custom prompts, voice chatbots, and AI-driven automations for both internal use and client solutions. Note: This role is open to applicants based in the Philippines only. The ideal candidate is more than just a prompt writer—they’re a technical builder who can integrate with platforms like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Airtable, and ElevenLabs, and who knows how to deliver real business outcomes using AI. Experience in customer support, marketing, or content writing is valuable, but must be matched by hands-on skill in building AI-powered workflows and bots. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build conversational AI experiences— including lead generation bots, customer service flows, and voice-based agents—across both text and voice channels. - Engineer dynamic prompt structures that guide users through natural, high-converting interactions. - Build and integrate automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to connect chat/voice bots to CRMs, forms, and internal systems. - Collaborate with our live agent team to align prompt logic, voice tone, and use case coverage with real-world customer needs. - Use basic coding and API knowledge to troubleshoot issues, format structured data (e.g. JSON), and enhance bot behaviours. - Participate in live discussions and interviews to explain your approach, iterate quickly, and communicate clearly. - Continuously test, improve, and optimise prompts and AI workflows to maximise performance and business impact. What We’re Looking For: - Practical experience building conversational chatbots. - Practical experience building AI tools and automations—not just using ChatGPT, but deploying structured AI workflows for real use cases. - Familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Airtable, ElevenLabs, Voiceflow, or similar. - Strong English communication skills, with the ability to think through logic and user experience end-to-end. - Experience in support, sales, or marketing preferred—especially where you've applied AI to improve outcomes. - Basic coding skills (e.g. JSON, API calls, regex) to support integrations and prompt configuration. - A creative, iterative thinker who can balance technical build work with conversational UX strategy. - Someone who wants to grow with our team long-term and become a key contributor to internal and client-facing AI innovation.
