AI Agent Developer Needed to Build RAG Knowledge Base with LangChain & FastAPI

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to build a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant that can answer questions from our internal company documents. The system should allow users to upload PDF files, index them into a vector database, and generate accurate responses with source citations using the OpenAI API. We also need a lightweight FastAPI backend that exposes the chatbot through REST APIs. This is an MVP project with the potential for ongoing work as we expand the platform.
