AI Agent Developer for Dynamic Cost Estimator

We’re looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to build an intelligent cost estimation system. The estimator should be able to: * Regularly retrieve, validate, and update current pricing data from multiple sources * Maintain a structured and reliable price database * Apply predefined formulas, business rules, and project inputs * Calculate accurate final estimates with a clear breakdown of costs * Flag missing, outdated, or conflicting data for review We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience building AI agents, automated research and data-validation workflows, API integrations, and rule-based calculation systems. Experience with construction estimating, material pricing, or similar cost-estimation products is a strong plus, but not required.
