Summary

We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to help improve our recruiting team’s efficiency through smart automation and workflow support. In addition to developing AI solutions for tasks such as data processing and candidate management, this role will also help create an agent to support sourcing efforts and streamline how we identify and engage potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development and a strong understanding of recruiting workflows and sourcing strategies. This is a part-time, small-scope project expected to last less than a month.
