AI Agent Setup Consultancy for Telecom

AI Agent Architecture & Deployment Consultant – Telecom / Microsoft 365 Environment** Project Overview We are a licensed wholesale telecommunications operator seeking an experienced AI/automation consultant to design and deploy an AI Agent framework within our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is a consultancy engagement covering three phases: 1. Discovery & Requirements 2. Architecture Design (HLD/LLD) 3. Deployment & Handover --- **Scope of Work** • Assess current M365 environment (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI, SharePoint, Teams) • Design AI Agent architecture suited to telecom operations (NOC, service desk, project management, vendor coordination) • Define agent types: task agents, retrieval agents, orchestration layer • Recommend tooling: Copilot Studio vs Azure AI Foundry vs custom API agents • Produce HLD document with agent topology, data flows, integration points • Deploy PoC or pilot agent(s) within M365 tenant • Document agent prompts, triggers, connectors, and escalation logic • Knowledge transfer to internal team --- **Required Skills** • Proven experience designing AI Agent systems (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent) • Microsoft 365 deep expertise (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Azure OpenAI) • Ability to produce architecture documentation (HLD, solution design) • Strong English communication for async collaboration --- **Deliverables** • Discovery report (current state + gap analysis) • AI Agent Architecture HLD • Deployed pilot agent(s) in M365 environment • Prompt library and agent configuration documentation • Handover session (recorded) --- **Engagement Type** Fixed-price or milestone-based.
