Agentic App Developer | Agentic Workflows, Spec-Driven Development & Multi-Agent Orchestration

We are looking for a fast, highly capable app developer who can help us build and ship mobile applications across Flutter, native Android, native iOS, and Node.js backends. This role is for someone who moves quickly, thinks clearly, and knows how to leverage modern agentic development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Devin-style workflows, Replit Agent, v0, Lovable, or similar AI coding systems to dramatically speed up development. We want a developer who can take rough product requirements, turn them into clean architecture, build rapidly, test intelligently, and iterate in an agile way. Responsibilities You will help us build mobile apps from concept to production, including frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, app store deployment, and ongoing improvements. Core work includes: Building mobile apps in Flutter Building or maintaining native Android apps Building or maintaining native iOS apps Developing backend systems with Node.js Creating clean APIs, database logic, auth flows, notifications, and third-party integrations Working with existing codebases and improving them quickly Using agentic AI development tools to move faster without sacrificing quality Debugging, testing, and shipping production-ready features Joining an agile workflow with fast iteration, clear communication, and frequent releases Required Skills Strong experience with Flutter / Dart Experience with native Android development Experience with native iOS development Strong Node.js backend experience Experience with REST APIs, authentication, databases, cloud deployment, and mobile app architecture Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly Comfortable using AI coding agents and modern developer tooling Strong communication and ability to explain tradeoffs clearly Ability to ship fast while keeping code organized and maintainable Bonus Skills Firebase, Supabase, AWS, GCP, or Azure Strapi or headless CMS experience React / Next.js experience Payment integrations Push notifications App Store and Google Play deployment AI agent workflows, LangChain, OpenAI API, or automation systems Experience building SaaS, CRM, marketplace, health, fitness, or consumer apps What We Care About We care about speed, ownership, and execution.
