Ai Agents and business automation specialist

Job Title: AI Agents and Business Automation Specialist We are looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help us identify repetitive business processes and turn them into reliable, practical automations. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to connect a few tools together. We need someone who understands business workflows, can ask the right questions, and can build AI agents that perform useful tasks with proper checks, error handling, and human approval where required. The initial work may include: Reviewing our current workflows and identifying automation opportunities Building AI agents for research, data processing, customer support, reporting, and internal operations Connecting AI models with third-party APIs, databases, CRMs, email platforms, and other business tools Creating multi-step workflows that can make decisions based on predefined rules Implementing human-in-the-loop approval for sensitive actions Adding logging, monitoring, retries, and failure notifications Documenting the completed workflows so our team can manage them You should have hands-on experience with: OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLM APIs AI agents, tool calling, structured outputs, and prompt design n8n, Zapier, custom Node.js or Python-based automation REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations Vector databases, RAG, or knowledge-base systems Databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, or Firebase Deploying and maintaining production-ready automation systems We value clear communication, realistic estimates, and proactive thinking. We would prefer someone who can recommend the simplest reliable solution instead of overengineering the project.
