Airbnb Rental Finder

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Airbnb Arbitrage Property Finder to help us identify and secure a profitable short-term rental opportunity. Your role will be to source a high-potential rental property, briefly analyze their income potential, and engage landlords to secure approval for Airbnb/short-term rental use. This is a performance-based role — payment is made only when a lease is successfully signed and STR permits (if required) are obtained. Responsibilities: * Research and identify properties suitable for Airbnb arbitrage * Analyze rental income, occupancy, and expenses * Present only high-performing deals that meet our criteria * Contact landlords/property managers and secure written approval for STR use * Understand and comply with local short-term rental laws and permit requirements (not a necessity but preferred Property Criteria: We are only interested in properties that meet the following: * 1-2 Bedrooms * Furnished or unfurnished * Strong Airbnb potential in desirable locations Financial Benchmarks: * Total average net income of $1,400.00 per month from the unit We will run the necessary checks so no need to worry about working out the numbers Requirements: * Experience in real estate analysis or Airbnb arbitrage * Strong market research skills * Proven ability to negotiate with landlords * Familiarity with AirDNA or similar STR analytics tools (not a necessity but preferred) * Ability to communicate professionally with property owners Payment Terms: * $300 USD per successful deal * Paid only when: 1. Property is approved by our team 2. Lease is signed with landlord 3. STR approval/permits are secured (if required) Project Scope: * Medium-term engagement (1–3 months) - We only need to secure 1 unit for now * Ongoing opportunity for units we would want to take on in the future when we want to scale our business.
