Hi Upwork Family, We're property managing a furnished home in Los Angeles and are looking for an experienced occupancy-focused short-term and mid-term rental specialist. This is NOT an audit project. We're not looking for someone to simply review our listing and hand us recommendations. We're looking for someone who knows how to actively generate bookings and maximize occupancy. Our property is currently listed on Airbnb, and we're interested in working with someone who understands how to drive bookings not only through Airbnb, but also through other channels such as: • Furnished Finder • Booking.com • Corporate Housing Networks • Travel Nurse Housing • Insurance / Displacement Housing • Relocation Programs • College & University Housing Opportunities • Film & Production Housing • Any other legitimate channels that can increase occupancy We are looking for a creative thinker who understands both short-term and mid-term rental strategy and can help us keep the property occupied as consistently as possible. If you are successful, this has the potential to become an ongoing monthly role. ------------------------------------------- Compensation: • Initial project engagement • Ongoing monthly management opportunity for the right person • Fixed monthly compensation (if hired long-term) • +Performance bonuses tied to actual occupancy and booking results ------------------------------------------- If you're interested and available, please answer the following 3 questions: 1. We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, data-driven, and focused on results.
