Airtable Automation Expert Needed for Project Management System We are looking for an experienced Airtable Automation Specialist to help optimize and automate our project management system. Our business has a sophisticated Airtable base with multiple linked tables, interfaces, automations, and workflows. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand our existing setup, identify opportunities for improvement, and build reliable automations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Review and understand our current Airtable workflows Build and improve Airtable automations Create efficient workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations Improve the overall performance and usability of our Airtable system Recommend best practices for scalability and long-term maintenance Qualifications Extensive experience with Airtable Strong understanding of Airtable Automations, Interfaces, Formulas, Linked Records, Rollups, and Views Experience with Airtable scripting is a plus Experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, or custom integrations is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and work independently To Apply Please include: Examples of Airtable systems or automations you've built Your experience with complex Airtable workflows Your hourly rate Your availability Why you believe you're a good fit for this project We are looking for someone who can become a long-term resource as we continue expanding our Airtable-based project management platform.
