Airtable Expert Needed to Build MVP Worship Song Database (Prototype / Validation Project)

Description: I am building a worship song database concept designed to help churches organize and search worship songs by themes, scripture references, key, tempo, and language. Before investing in a full web app, I want to build a clean Airtable-based MVP (prototype) to validate whether this tool is actually useful in real church worship environments. This is a prototype / validation project, not a full production system. ________________________________________ Current Status: • Initial Airtable base already exists (partially structured) • Includes: o Songs table o Themes table o Scripture references • Some data already imported • Basic fields exist but structure needs improvement ________________________________________ What I need help with: 1. Airtable Database Design (Critical) • Review current structure • Redesign if necessary for scalability and clarity • Ensure proper relational design between: o Songs o Themes o Scripture references ________________________________________ 2. Data Structuring & Cleanup • Normalize existing data • Fix inconsistent fields • Ensure clean data entry structure going forward ________________________________________ 3. MVP Search & Filtering Setup (Inside Airtable) • Create usable views for: o Search by song title o Filter by theme o Filter by scripture reference o Filter by key, tempo, language ________________________________________ 4. Prototype Usability • Ensure the base is easy to use for non-technical users • Optimize for real-world church staff or worship leaders • Simple interface using Airtable views only (no external tools) ________________________________________ 5. Optional (if simple) • Suggest improvements for future scaling (web app, Softr, etc.) • But primary focus is Airtable-only MVP ________________________________________ Goal of This Project: This is NOT a final product build.
