Airtable + Twilio Automation Expert Needed to Troubleshoot & Stabilize Existing SMS System

We are a California-based solar and battery installation company. We currently use Airtable, Stacker, Twilio, and several other software platforms to manage our customer and sales rep workflows. We already have an automated messaging system in place, but over time, changes, integrations, or technical issues have caused parts of the system to stop working reliably. We are looking for someone who can review our existing setup, troubleshoot and fix the current issues, and help us improve the overall system. We would also like to review and revamp our automated text-message workflows for both customers and sales reps. These messages include appointment notifications, project updates, reminders, status changes, and other communications throughout the solar installation process. Our goal is to create a reliable automation system that: * Provides customers with clear and timely updates on their project status * Improves transparency throughout the installation process * Creates a better overall customer experience * Keeps sales reps informed without requiring our team to manually provide updates * Ensures automations and integrations between Airtable, Twilio, Stacker, and our other systems continue to operate reliably Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong experience in Airtable automations, Twilio integrations, APIs/webhooks, and troubleshooting existing automation workflows.
