Airtable softr Mvp

I am looking for an Airtable + Softr developer to build the MVP version of a platform called Care Opp. Care Opp will be a participant-centered case management and documentation platform for ODP providers serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism in Pennsylvania. The platform will initially support: In-Home and Community Support Services (IHCS) Community Participation Support (CPS) Supported Employment (SE) Advanced Supported Employment (ASE) Small Group Employment (SGE) Respite Services The goal is to create a streamlined system similar to SETWorks but focused on our agency's workflows and documentation needs. I need an Airtable backend and Softr frontend portal with separate access levels for administrators, supervisors, employment specialists, community support professionals, direct support professionals, and billing staff. The system should include participant records, ISP access, authorizations, documentation, goal tracking, incident reporting, employer tracking, employment services tracking, document management, reporting dashboards, electronic signatures, and approval workflows. The platform must be mobile-friendly as most documentation will be completed by staff in the field from phones and tablets.
