AliExpress for eBay Dropshipping Store Manager

We're hiring an in-house team member to manage and grow our eBay store using AliExpress as our supplier. What you'll do - Use ZIK Analytics to research and find high-demand, low-competition products — no guessing, a real research process - Target impulse-buy products around $25 average price point for sustainable, repeatable sales - List products on eBay with accurate titles, pricing, and realistic delivery times based on actual supplier shipping - Fulfill orders, track shipments, and proactively handle customers if anything is delayed - Grow the store steadily — we prioritize long-term account health over quick spikes in sales - Keep everything compliant with eBay policy to avoid flags or restrictions What we're looking for - Proven experience managing AliExpress dropshipping stores on eBay (share examples/data from past stores) - Strong, working knowledge of ZIK Analytics for product research - A methodical approach to scaling that protects account health - Good communication for customer/shipping issues Details - In-house hourly position, not commission or profit-split — looking for a long-term fit - Rate/hours discussed based on experience, with room to grow as the store scales - Current store is ~1 month old In your application, tell us: your ZIK Analytics (and other tools) process for finding winning products, how many stores you've managed, and how you handle delayed shipments.
