Title: Alibaba Data Collection VA Needed — Screenshots, PDFs, Supplier Organization I need a fast, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help organize a large number of Alibaba supplier messages, quotes, open orders, pending orders, and supplier options. This is for a towing, heavy recovery, fleet service, and equipment business. I have many Alibaba suppliers related to tow truck bodies, hydraulic hose equipment, lighting, rigging, pads, containers, shop equipment, and other business equipment. I do not need long writing or business analysis. I mainly need someone to collect and organize the evidence so AI can analyze it later. Your job will be to: * Review Alibaba suppliers, chats, orders, and quotes * Screenshot important messages * Save order pages as PDF or screenshots * Save quotes, invoices, payment proof, product specs, and supplier files * Organize everything into Google Drive folders * Label files clearly * Separate paid orders, pending orders, quotes being evaluated, and backup suppliers * Flag anything urgent that needs my review Important: Many of these are not final purchases. Some are paid orders, some are pending orders, some are open quotes, and some are suppliers I am comparing before deciding which route to take. You must organize suppliers by status: 1. Paid / Active Orders 2. Pending Orders / In Progress 3. Quotes Being Evaluated 4. Backup Suppliers 5. Low Priority / Maybe Later 6.
