**Alibaba Sourcing & Supplier Communication Assistant (Part-Time)** We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to support our sourcing operations on Alibaba.com. Your main responsibilities: * Search for suppliers on Alibaba.com based on our predefined product requirements * Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers * Request quotations, samples, certifications, and product details * Compare supplier offers and prepare summaries * Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, and other commercial terms * Follow up on ongoing discussions and orders * Support the sourcing and purchasing process from supplier selection to order placement * Handle related administrative tasks Requirements: * Experience with Alibaba.com sourcing * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Good English (written and spoken) * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently and provide regular updates Workload: * Typically 2–3 hours per day * Occasionally up to 5 hours per day depending on workload * Long-term cooperation preferred Please include a brief description of your sourcing experience and examples of similar projects you have worked on.
