We are a growing business based in the Dubai, looking for a dedicated, proactive, and versatile digital marketing professional to completely take over and manage our entire online presence. We do not have a large internal IT or marketing team, so we need a self-starting expert who can act as our internal "Full-Time Digital Employee." The Scope of the Role (All-Inclusive) This is an all-inclusive, full-stack digital marketing position. Your primary objective is to manage our entire digital ecosystem and drastically increase organic lead generation. Because you will be our sole digital representative, the scope of this project is fluid and comprehensive. By applying for this role, you agree that you are being hired to handle any and all digital marketing, content, and online growth needs of the company. There is no "outside of my JD" in this role. We expect a partner who solves problems, not someone who requests contract milestone changes for standard digital tasks. Key Responsibilities Your duties will adapt based on business needs, but will universally include: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Full on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for keyword research, optimizing our website, fixing technical backend issues, blog management, and ranking us high on Google to drive organic traffic. Social Media Management (SMM): Managing all of our social media channels (content scheduling, community management, responding to comments, and profile optimization). Content Creation & Copywriting: Writing high-converting copy for our website, producing engaging social media graphics/videos (using Canva, Adobe, etc.), writing blogs, and creating newsletters. Lead Generation Strategy: Designing and executing funnels to convert casual website visitors and social media followers into qualified, organic business leads. Website & Tech Oversight: Basic updates to our website, landing page creation, tracking pixel setups, and ensuring our digital tools integrate smoothly. Analytics & Reporting: Providing clear, non-technical monthly reports showing growth in traffic, engagement, and—most importantly—organic leads. Contractual Terms & Scope Boundaries (Please Read Carefully) CRITICAL CONTRACT NOTE: We are looking for a comprehensive digital partner. This contract is structured to cover the entirety of our digital marketing operations. By accepting this position, you acknowledge that any task reasonably related to digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, or minor website adjustments falls strictly within the scope of this contract. Requests for extra payments, bonuses for basic tasks, or claims that a digital marketing request is "outside the job description" will not be entertained. If a digital tool or platform is required to generate organic leads for our business, it is your responsibility to manage it under this agreement. Candidate Requirements 3+ Years of Full-Stack Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of managing SEO, social media, and content creation simultaneously. Organic Lead Gen Specialist: You must be able to prove how you have previously grown a company's leads without relying solely on massive paid ad budgets. Tech-Savvy & Independent: Since our internal IT experience is limited, you must be able to troubleshoot marketing tools, CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify/etc.), and analytics setups independently. Fluent English & Exceptional Communication: You will be creating customer-facing content, so your copy must be flawless.
