Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI & AutoCAD Electrical Engineer | Studio 5000, FactoryTalk

We are looking for an experienced PLC/HMI and Electrical Automation Engineer to review, troubleshoot, and improve an existing Allen-Bradley control system and update the related electrical documentation using AutoCAD. The current system is operational, but we need an engineer who can analyze the existing PLC logic, HMI configuration, and electrical drawings, identify issues, and implement reliable improvements. The work may include: * Reviewing and modifying Allen-Bradley PLC programs * Troubleshooting and improving ladder logic * Improving machine/process control sequences * Updating HMI screens, alarms, and operator controls * Working with Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 * FactoryTalk View configuration * Creating and updating AutoCAD electrical drawings * Updating control panel schematics and wiring diagrams * Reviewing I/O, sensors, actuators, relays, and VFD connections * Troubleshooting EtherNet/IP and industrial communications * Testing PLC/HMI changes and resolving integration issues * Updating technical documentation after modifications We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI systems as well as AutoCAD electrical/control-system documentation. The engineer should be able to understand an existing automation system quickly and make practical hardware, software, and documentation improvements.
