Amalfi Coast – Landscape Transformation Visualisation & Cinematic Video

OVERVIEW We are developing a luxury retreat property on the Amalfi Coast, Italy. The property already exists. We have: • Drone photography • Existing plans • Landscape masterplan • Architectural renders • Brand and retreat concepts We need an experienced visualisation artist who can combine: • 3D modelling • Architectural visualisation • Landscape rendering • AI-assisted image generation • Cinematic video creation to create a highly realistic vision of the finished estate. This is NOT a construction visualisation project. This is a luxury hospitality storytelling project. REFERENCE QUALITY Think: • Monastero Santa Rosa • Aman • Six Senses • Borgo Santo Pietro • Dolce & Gabbana Casa • Belmond • Architectural Digest editorial photography The final output should feel cinematic, emotional and aspirational. CRITICAL SITE REQUIREMENT The drone photograph is the authoritative source for all site geometry. The following must remain unchanged: • Villa footprint • Existing terraces • Existing retaining walls • Existing stair locations • Existing paths • Existing cliff faces • Existing grades and topography The project is located on historic Amalfi Coast terraces. No redesign of the landform is permitted. The assignment is landscape transformation only. SCOPE OF WORK PHASE 1 – LANDSCAPE VISION IMAGES Create 10–15 photorealistic views showing: • Lemon grove experience • Citrus cathedral • Formal herb garden • Kitchen garden • Pool terrace • Wellness/yoga terrace • Mediterranean forest garden • Arrival sequence • Evening lighting scenes • Dining and entertaining spaces Landscape interventions must occur within existing terrace geometry. PHASE 2 – AI ENHANCED VISUALISATIONS Use AI workflows where appropriate to accelerate production. Examples: • Midjourney • Flux • Stable Diffusion • Runway • Kling • ComfyUI workflows The final result must remain believable and site-specific. PHASE 3 – CINEMATIC VIDEO Create a 60–120 second cinematic flythrough. Video should feel closer to: Luxury hospitality film than Architectural presentation.
