Amazing Assistant Wanted!

Hi there! How are you? I am looking for a reliable, prompt Assistant who loves Media, Technology and talking to people! Previously, I hired 200+ people in real life and on Upwork, mainly until 2018. Now, I am hiring again. Some of my previous staff and assistants stayed with me for years! So, I am definitely open to finding someone great and working together for years to come! Right now, I have many projects pending. Someone should like to learn quickly, solve problems and use AI (ChatGPT, Claude) to help get things done! One thing that we are launching is a Podcast. This will not be the first one! I previously had a successful podcast where we did about 800 videos and interviewed very famous people (business leaders, health leaders, etc.) worldwide. You would assist with finding guests (I would show you how) and getting them on the show! There are many other specifics. There are many other projects to work on. This will begin with 5-15 hours a week. However, the more you can help me with getting things done and the more details you can show me you understand, the more work there is for you! Preferably, I am looking for someone from Thailand or the Philippines as I may spend time there in the future. Although, I am open to great people from everywhere! Please tell me about a time where you helped someone organize things in their life and business that was challenging for you, but that you eventually succeeded at! How did you do it? How did you figure things out and help someone when you did not know how to do everything at first? How did you make things more clear so you got things more organized and knew what to do?
