Amazon Canada, Mexico and Brazil Marketplace Growth Specialist - Seller Central & PPC Core Responsibilities • Own day-to-day Amazon marketplace health,buyability, listing status, inventory visibility, FBA/FBM offers, suppressions, category issues, Account Health notifications, and compliance requests. • Audit the existing catalog and recommend which approved ASINs/product families should be launched, improved, advertised, scaled, maintained, or deprioritized based on demand, competition, inventory, fulfillment, pricing, and margin potential. • Implement centrally approved titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes, images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Brand Store updates; perform regular backend/frontend QA and remove or flag outdated content. • Monitor pricing and competitive positioning; identify Featured Offer/buyability issues and recommend pricing or merchandising changes within company-approved guardrails rather than setting pricing policy independently. • Evaluate FBA, FBM, and Remote Fulfillment performance for priority products, including delivery speed, fees, stock availability, and customer experience; flag products whose fulfillment economics or inventory position limit growth. • Build and optimize Amazon Ads, with Sponsored Products as the core program: automatic, keyword, and product-targeting campaigns; search-term harvesting; negative targeting; bids; placements; budgets; and campaign structure. Use Sponsored Brands/Video when appropriate and approved assets are available. • Track sales, units, ad spend, attributed sales, ACoS/ROAS, conversion, inventory blockers, pricing issues, and ASIN-level performance; provide concise recurring reports with clear recommendations on where to increase, reduce, or stop investment. • Review customer questions, reviews, returns/return reasons, Voice of the Customer signals, competitor listings, and Canadian search terminology; feed useful market insights back to the central content/product team. • Document Amazon issues requiring escalation with the affected SKU/ASIN, screenshots, error messages, impact, and recommended next step; coordinate with the central team, which retains Seller Support case ownership. Qualifications • Hands-on Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC experience in all three markets • Strong working knowledge of Sponsored Products, keyword/product targeting, search-term analysis, bids, budgets, negatives, FBA/FBM, and catalog troubleshooting. • Analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work independently with clear written reporting
